General Description
Student is responsible for performing tasks associated with the protection of life and property, as well as the enforcement of University regulations. Work is performed under moderate supervision and a moderate to high level of independent judgment is required.
Duties (may include but not limited to)
Assists in the observation and prevention of criminal behavior
Patrols campus grounds
Ensures regulatory compliance regarding safety protocols and procedures
Conducts routine safety inspections of university safety equipment
Responds to emergency situations
Prepares daily reports
Enforces traffic and parking regulations, issues tickets to violators
Additional Requirements (may include but not limited to)
Must be responsible
Must be honest
May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Must sign a confidentiality agreement
