The Military Scholarship Contest is open only to active duty military personnel, honorably discharged, veteran, and or military spouse (any branch of the military) who are legal residents of the fifty (50)United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of application and who are currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the 5/31/2019) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university or trade school).
