Fall Dance Showcase
Watch some of the University of Maine's most gifted dancers get moving on the Hauck Auditorium stage! With over a dozen pieces featuring a wealth of graceful, talented student performers, it'll be an evening to remember! The Showcase takes place over three nights - December 8, 9 & 10 - beginning at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $12 and available here; admission is free with a student MaineCard.

Camille Saint-Saëns: The Carnival of the Animals On February 25, as part of the annual Spring concert by the faculty chamber ensemble Cadenzato, a complete performance of The Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns will be performed. There will be a dozen performers on stage presenting one of the wittiest pieces to come from the pen of any composer. Resinosa Ensemble – POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER
NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO THE WEATHER. WE WILL UPDATE THIS LISTING WHEN WE HAVE MORE INFORMATION TO SHARE. The Resinosa Ensemble is a chamber trio formed in 2016 featuring Joëlle Morris, mezzo-Soprano; Bridget Convey, piano; and Eliza Meyer, cello. This ensemble came together out of a love for performing chamber music, working with living composers, and offering music slightly off the beaten path.

Join the University of Maine Concert Band and a pair of wonderful middle school ensembles as they come together and have some musical fun for a good cause. Admission to this event is free, but donations are accepted, with all proceeds going to the Bangor Humane Society (animal lovers take note - expect a few special appearances from some very special furry friends over the course of the evening).
