SOE welcomes 2021 Libby Lecturer Dr. Catherine L. Kling

SOE faculty and students extend a warm welcome to Dr. Catherine L. Kling. Dr. Catherine L. Kling is a Professor in Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management and Faculty Director at Cornell University’s Atkinson Center for a Sustainable Future.  She was elected to the National Academy of Sciences in 2015. Today, she will deliver the Libby Lecture in Natural Resource Policy at the University of Maine. She will give her talk, Improving Water Quality: Are Economics and the Environment Always at Odds, at 3 PM in University of Maine’s Buchanan Alumni House.
