SOE Graduate Student Joey Reed explores resilience in rural communities

SOE Graduate Student Joey Reed is studying resilience in rural communities. His work in the Katahdin region of Maine, done in collaboration with SOE Cooperating Faculty Member Adam Daigneault of the School of Forest Resources and others, was recently profiled by the Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions. Joey double-majored in Economics and Ecology & Environmental Science at the University of Maine, and is now pursuing a M.S. in Resource Economics & Policy. We applaud his research accomplishments and wish him continued success.
