Congratulations to SOE Graduate Alumna Jinhar Zahidi
Jinhar Zahidi successfully earned her M.A. in Financial Economics degree in July 2020. Dr. Waring chaired Jinhar’s graduate committee on which Dr. Daley and Dr. Wiesen also served. During her time at UMaine, she worked at the Finance Office of the College of NSFA under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Finance, Susan Gallant. Ms Zahidi recently accepted a position as an Analyst at Maine Revenue Services in Augusta. Her role there involves testing a new tax payment system, setting up correct tax accounting methods and performing regression analysis. The SOE community is proud of Jinhar’s academic and professional achievements. Congratulations Jinhar and stay in touch!
