SOE students support service projects on Maine Day and beyond

SOE undergraduate student Kaitlyn Raffier got dunked as part of UMaine’s 2019 Maine Day festivities. Kaitlyn volunteered to help the Golden Key Society raise money for the Serving, Preparing, and Readying Kids (SPARK) program. SPARK provides kindergarten aged children with lessons in language, reading, and social skills to prepare them for success in school. She is one of many SOE students and faculty who give back to the campus and broader UMaine community. We are very proud of SOE’s commitment to public service.
