SOE graduate student Sarah Welch presented her paper co-authored with Assistant Professor Andrew Crawley  “How do economic cycles affect state-level labor matching efficiencies?” at the58th Annual Meeting of the Southern Regional Science Association in Washington, DC April 5, 2019.
