SOE alumnus George Pullen has been chosen to receive the Spirit of Maine Achievement Award.

The Spirit of Maine Achievement Award recognizes an individual who both graduated within the past 15 years and has achieved outstanding professional success. Pullen, a 2003 UMaine SOE graduate, is a senior economist with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, specializing in energy derivatives.
