Education Requirements are a Master’s of Social Work or equivalent advanced study in a related field. Those with a Bachelor’s degree in human services with at least 2 years of experience working in the field will be considered and will receive additional training and supervision in this internationally recognized treatment model designed to help families to remain intact by developing skills to support resiliency and wellness.
