-Empower people in various stages of the life cycle to take control of their health
-Assist people of all ages and economic situations in a family practice outpatient setting
treatment plans with medical clinicians addressing physical and emotional needs
-Utilize solution focused, short-term interventions
-Collaborate with BHCs in a network of 11 sites

~Franklin County Compensation:
