Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking fully licensed master’s level clinicians (LCSW,LCPC, LMFT) to work with our clients on a fee for service basis at our Scarborough outpatient location. Enjoy the luxury of having someone else schedule your appointments and bill while you focus on providing clinical treatment to your clients. Working fee for service allows you the freedom to make more money on your own time. There is no charge for office space, no productivity quotas and you become part of an experienced agency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, will have experience providing evidence-based treatment and will possess strong relational qualities. Job responsibilities include completing psychosocial evaluations, providing individual therapy, participation in monthly clinical team meetings and completion of proper documentation according to agency and licensing standards utilizing our electronic health record. Clinical supervision is offered and provided by our Outpatient Clinical Supervisor.
