Address behavioral health needs through solution-focused, short-term interventions–Work alongside medical providers in a primary care setting utilizing a shared EMR–Serve people of all ages and economic situations in a family practice environment–Empower people in various stages of the life cycle to take control of their health–Participate in the larger team of BHCs serving a network of 11 family practices–Develop a common treatment plan addressing physical and emotional needs–Assist people with chronic diseases in learning new coping strategies–Work 4-day weeks with 6-9 scheduled patient visits per day-Compensation:Competitive salary and benefit package Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 -$7,500 Student Loan Repayment opportunities Paid Relocation Continuing Education: $2,500 ~ 1 week per year PTO –272 Hours Annually Retirement Plan with employer match up to 2% of salary Consultation towards LADC licensure Malpractice Coverage EOE Requirements: Independent clinical social work license is required. LADC is also beneficial.

To ensure access for everyone, Health Reach accepts Medicare, Maine Care and major insurances. In addition, a sliding fee program is available to uninsured and under insured residents as well as assistance with applications for programs that help with the cost of health care and medications including the Health Insurance Marketplace. A private, non-profit with a 45-year history, Health Reach is funded by patient fees, grants and individual donations.
