Description
Crossroads, a highly respected nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment provider is seeking a full-time Program Manager with strong leadership drive to manage the delivery of clinical services for their co-occurring Substance Use Disorder residential program in Portland, Maine. This program specializes in gender responsive treatment for adult women experiencing challenges with Substance Use Disorders. The Program Manager provides oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations within the program, develops and maintains positive relationships with area providers, provides supervision and training to program staff and maintains a calm therapeutic environment for clients and staff. This position works closely with the Director of Residential Programs to ensure the day to day clinical and administrative operations are aligned with agency policy and philosophy as well as state licensing and CARF standards. The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism, demonstrate strong clinical insight and an ability to think strategically.
Qualifications
Independently licensed masters level clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
Minimum of 5 years working in a clinical setting, residential setting is ideal
Minimum of 2 years working in a management role
Experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders
Excellent written and communication skills
