Social Work Faculty Awarded Summer 2018 Faculty Research Grants
The School of Social Work is pleased to announce that two Summer 2018 Faculty Research Grants have been awarded to social work faculty members: Dr. Elizabeth Armstrong and Dr. Elizabeth DePoy. This was a highly competitive review with 21 proposals received and only six funded. The title of Dr. Armstrong’s research is: Building Bridges: Organizational Efforts to Address Partner Violence and Substance Use Disorders“. The title of Dr. DePoy’s research is: Aging Maine Farmers: Investigation of their Aspirations, Needs, and Ingenuity.
