Goals<\/strong><\/p>\n

GOAL 1:<\/em><\/strong> We prepare self-aware, ethically grounded baccalaureate and masters social workers committed to recognizing and dismantling systems of oppression and building liberation.<\/p>\n

GOAL 2:<\/em><\/strong> Students and faculty are innovative leaders who use critical thinking, self-reflection, and participatory intervention skills, and practice at the micro, meso, and macro levels to promote social change.<\/p>\n

GOAL 3:<\/em><\/strong> Students and faculty engage in critical analysis of the social work knowledge base, the profession\u2019s history, and future directions.<\/p>\n

GOAL 4:<\/em><\/strong> Students and faculty conduct compelling, impactful, and collaborative research and scholarship.<\/p>\n
