Four new projects were recently selected for funding by the Faculty Research Funds Committee for the 2019 Summer Faculty Research Awards.\u00a0 These awards provide summer salary for faculty to advance research and scholarship in an accelerated manner during the summer of 2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  3. Asli Sezen-Barrie, Assistant Professor, College of Education and Human Development, “K-12 Teachers\u2019 Conceptualization of Engineering in Rural Science Classrooms”<\/li>\n
  4. Terry Yoo, Associate Professor, School of Computing and Information Sciences, “Vision and Visualization Research in Marine and Climate Sciences: New Collaborative Projects and Resources for UMaine”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
