Writing an NSF IUSE Proposal Presenters: MacKenzie Stetzer (Associate Professor of Physics) Registration is required. MacKenzie Stetzer will share information about his NSF-Improving Undergraduate STEM Education award aimed to provide Faculty Learning Community opportunities for faculty of first-year STEM courses to better understand/support students’ transition from high school to college.

Research Impacts/Altmetrics Presenters: Kelley Strout-Director, Associate Professor of Nursing, Jen Bonnet- ORD Proposal Development Associate for Special Projects) Registration is required. Presenters will share strategies on measuring and disseminating research impacts; including altmetrics- the use of alternative, or nontraditional, measurements to better understand the extent of a work's scholarly impact.
