UMaine Faculty Invited to NEH Regional Grant-Writing Workshop

The National Endowment for the Humanities’ Senior Program Officer Stefanie Walker will be hosting a Regional Grant-Writing Workshop on September 9th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Dartmouth’s campus.

The program will feature:

  • an overview of all NEH grants
  • a mock panel of Dartmouth professors critiquing an NEH fellowship application
  • and a Q. and A.

After the workshop and for a window of time on the morning of September 10th, Stefanie will be available for short consultations on one-page abstracts for any NEH grant.

Both the workshop and the consultations can be attended remotely, but NEH would love to welcome you to campus if you can make it.  They will be providing refreshments and free parking for those able to come in person.

Please register here for the workshop and the consultations. And feel free to share this message with anyone who might benefit from this chance to learn more about the NEH, even at a particularly busy time of year.  All regional colleagues in the humanities are welcome!
