Consultations are an opportunity for the researcher to meet with an Institutional Review Board (IRB) staff member. The session is intended to assist researchers with their application. The purpose of the session is to provide in-depth guidance before the application is submitted to the IRB or before major changes are made to a previously approved study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The consultations are advisory in nature and do not take the place of IRB review.
