In 2023, she joined the Office of the Provost as the Special Assistant for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives where she is involved in systemwide and campus-level coordination and implementation of the UMS Transforms Student Success and Retention initiatives Research Learning Experiences, Gateways to Success, and Pathways to Careers.
