Sydne Record, Ph.D Dr. Sydne Record is the Executive Director of the University of Maine System TRANSFORMS Student Success and Retention Initiative and a Professor of Landscape Conservation in the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology at the University of Maine. Prior to this, she was the Associate Provost of Curricular Assessment and Sustainability and an Associate
