The John Mitchell Nickerson University of Maine Scholarship Fund was established with a generous bequest from John M. Nickerson ‘59. This fund endows merit-based scholarships to be awarded to those juniors and seniors majoring in political science who are residents of the State of Maine, who have demonstrated scholarship of the highest order, and who
