Solomon Goldman is Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the University of Maine. He worked as a staff attorney at Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Bangor, Maine from 1980 to 1989. Following his work there, he went into education, directing the paralegal program at Beal College for a number of years, and then went on to teach in the paralegal program at Husson College. At the University of Maine, he has taught classes on law. In addition, he has taught constitutional law in the Penobscot Valley Senior College for several years, where there are no tests, no grades, and no worries about what to do with one’s life.
