Exhibitor would like to lease a booth(s) at the Holiday Shoppe at the Page Farm and Home Museum on December ____, _____. In so doing, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the schedules, rules, and regulations enumerated in this document and agrees that the Producer is responsible for delivering the space contracted for and a good faith effort, as defined by industry standards, to attract attendees to the show and nothing more. If you cannot participate in the fair, after being approved as a vendor, please contact the Event Coordinator by September 30 to allow the Museum to re-book that space. Exhibitor is solely responsible for obtaining any and all state and municipal licenses and certificates necessary to lawfully conduct business in the City of Orono. I hereby release the Page Farm and Home Museum from liability for refunds and of all liability for personal injury and for loss of property due to theft, fire, accident, or any act of God, war, or terrorism. In the event that it is necessary to cancel or change either the location or the dates of the fair, the liability of the PFHM is limited to the refund of applicable fees that have actually been paid by an exhibitor who does not attend as a result. Furthermore, the named applicant understands that contact with him/her will be made at the address and phone number provided above. I have read and agree to the above and all fair rules and instructions including the fact that all merchandise presented at show is handmade by me.*
