Help ME Conquer the Maine Coastline is a virtual public run, walk and bike event along the 3,478 miles of Maine’s coastline. Registration is required.

Dill shares potato beetle expertise with WAGM 

Jim Dill, pest management specialist with University of Maine Cooperative Extension, told WAGM in Presque Isle that potato beetles and other insects have been spotted in farm fields and private gardens in Aroostook County. Dill said this is the time of year that beetles mate and lay eggs.
