PPH cites UMaine offshore wind accomplishments
In an article about the potential for the Gulf of Maine to be used for offshore wind turbines, the Portland Press Herald noted that the University of Maine has pursued a patented floating platform design for offshore wind turbines over the past decade, most recently with its commercial partner, New England Aqua Ventus.
