Mitchell Center tidal power impact research noted in Forecaster column
A column published in the Forecaster highlighted tidal power impact research from the University of Maine Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions has been conducting. Gayle Zydlewski and Teresa Johnson, faculty from the UMaine School of Marine Sciences, have been working with local stakeholders in the Cobscook Bay area to ensure that tidal power technology deployed there will be developed sustainably with minimal impact on communities.
