The Bangor Daily News reported on a new sculpture for Webster Park in Orono developed by University of Maine faculty, one staff member and a recent graduate to get more people interested in math. SunRule, according to the BDN, “is interactive and allows users to visualize multiplication and division using the rays of the sun.”
