Rubin joins ‘Policy Matters’ discussion about climate change

Jonathan Rubin will participate in an upcoming session of “Policy Matters,” a series of policy conversations hosted by the Portland Press Herald, about how the state is addressing climate change online at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13. 

Rubin, director of the University of Maine Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center and a professor of resources economics and policy, will be joined by Jeff Marks, Maine director for Acadia Center, and Maureen Drouin, executive director of the Maine Conservation Alliance. Carol Coultas, Press Herald business projects editor, will moderate the discussion.
