Sandra Caron, professor of family studies and human sexuality in the University of Maine College of Education and Human Development, has published the third edition of her book, “The Sex Lives of College Students: Three Decades of Attitudes and Behaviors.” The book presents the results of a sexuality survey Caron has administered over the past 30 years to more than 6,600 college students, ages 18–22. Her findings offer insights into the range of opinions and experiences, as well as differences between college men and women and interesting trends over time in terms of sex practices and thoughts about sex and sexuality.
