Third annual Libby Lecture promoted in Irregular, BDN
The Irregular and the Bangor Daily News advanced the University of Maine’s third annual Libby Lecture in Natural Resource Policy on Sept. 22 at the Buchanan Alumni House. “Improving Water Quality: Are Economics and the Environment Always at Odds?” offered by Catherine L.
