Dill talks about blue bullfrogs with BDN

Griffin Dill, a University of Maine Cooperative Extension integrated pest management professional and manager of UMaine Extension’s tick lab, talked with the Bangor Daily News about sightings of blue bullfrogs in Maine. Dill indicated that the pigment mutation in blue frogs is the same type of mutation seen in blue lobsters. Both lack their normal yellow pigment and are known as axanthic.
