GMA talks with Stoll about supporting sustainable fisheries
Good Morning America spoke with Joshua Stoll, a University of Maine assistant professor of marine policy, about the Local Catch Network, a cooperative that supports sustainable fisheries and seeks to link consumers directly with local fishermen. Stoll, who created the seafood finder with colleagues in the Local Catch Network, is encouraging consumers to think about carbon footprints, and reducing the miles between the boat and their plate.
