Press Herald cites Low in story about transparency in billing, tuition increase

The Portland Press Herald cited Ryan Low, University of Maine System vice chancellor for finance and administration, on a proposed tuition increase and a pilot initiative to enhance transparency by consolidating charges on student bills. The story also noted that on May 24, UMS Trustees will consider increasing tuition and room and board rates for the 2021–22 academic year. Centralmaine.com and the Sun Journal shared the Press Herald story. WGME (Channel 8 in Portland) and the Bangor Daily News also reported on the proposed tuition increase.
