Free Press advances Extension’s Virtual Coffee Break for Parents

The Free Press advanced an online four-week series for parents and caregivers of young children offered by University of Maine Cooperative Extension and Maine Families. The virtual coffee break, which will be held from 9–10 a.m. every Thursday from Oct. 29 to Nov. 19, will be an informal way for participants to connect with other parents, ask questions and discuss relevant topics, including mindfulness for parents, diversifying a child’s library, co-parenting during the pandemic, and preparing for the holiday season. Register for the free virtual series and find more details on the event webpage.
