Z107.3 previews Clean Sweep Sale

Z107.3 reported the University of Maine will hold the annual Clean Sweep Sale 11 a.m.–5 p.m. May 24 and 8 a.m.–1 p.m. May 25 in Alfond Arena. Items for sale were donated by the university or students who moved out of the dorms at the end of the semester. The event is organized by UMaine’s Bodwell Center for Service and Volunteerism. All of the money generated from the sale will be used to support students either by purchasing food for the Black Bear Exchange food pantry or purchasing supplies for student volunteer projects and programs, the report states.
