Sleep Review magazine carried a University of Maine news release about an invention developed by UMaine researchers that can detect early symptoms of mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease. Activas Diagnostics LLC has received a $1 million Small Business Innovation Research Award from the National Institute of Health’s Institute on Aging, according to the release.
