UMaine Extension blueberry information praised in Rutland Herald article
The University of Maine Cooperative Extension was mentioned in a Rutland Herald article about wild blueberry picking in Vermont’s Green Mountain National Forest. Mike Burbank, a biologist with the U.S. Forest Service, said other national forests also have wild blueberry fields ready for the public, but UMaine Extension has provided the best management information.
