Researchers seeking fermented food feedback, WABI reports

WABI (Channel 5) reported scientists in the University of Maine’s School of Food and Agriculture and Cooperative Extension are recruiting Maine residents to take part in a study about fermenting foods and beverages at home. Adults who make any of these foods at home, or would like to learn how to do so, are invited to complete a 10-minute, online survey. Responses will help the research team understand which topics and formats for information are most preferred by Maine fermentation enthusiasts. The survey link will remain open until July 16.
