Foster’s Daily Democrat reported Joseph Horne, from Noble High School in North Berwick, Maine, recently won a top prize at the National History Day competition at the University of Maryland. Horne earned the Captain Ken Coskey Naval History Award for his website, “The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard: Helping America Take a Stand Against the Axis Powers.”
