At the Maine Forest and Logging Museum’s Living History Days in Bradley, WVII (Channel 7) reported on a Lombard steam log hauler that was restored a few years ago by University of Maine engineering students. The log hauler was invented and built in Waterville between 1910 and 1917, and was the first successful tracked vehicle.
