AP advances UMaine Extension’s Northern Maine Rural Living Day
The Associated Press reported the University of Maine Cooperative Extension and Southern Aroostook Soil & Water Conservation District will host the second annual Northern Maine Rural Living Day on Sept. 10 at the Agricultural Museum in Littleton. The event will involve agricultural workshops and demonstrations on a variety of topics, including herding dogs, producing backyard maple syrup and growing mushrooms and garlic.
