In celebration of the Collins Center for the Arts’ 30th anniversary season, the Hudson Museum at the University of Maine will open two exhibitions Sept. 12. That evening, the CCA gala will kick off the season with a concert tribute to the music of Billy Joel and Elton John, a dinner and an awards reception.
