‘Transforming Leadership’ Girl Scout Conference Nov. 2

A Girl Scout conference will be held at the University of Maine on Saturday, Nov. 2. The event, titled “Transforming Leadership,” will host more than 80 Girl Scouts ranging from grades 6–12 in the cadets, seniors and ambassador levels. More than 40 adult participants also are expected to attend. The activities will begin at 10 a.m. in the D.P. Corbett Business Building and will include engineering, dance and theater workshops.
