Ian Bricknell, marine biology professor in the University of Maine School of Marine Sciences and director of the Aquaculture Research Institute, is scheduled to speak on “The Takeaway” at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 26. Bricknell is expected to speak about a recent Earth Policy Institute report that found farmed fish production has overtaken farmed cattle.
