Newspaper Advances Symposium Workshop

The Bangor Daily News advanced Saturday’s Schoodic International Sculpture Symposium teachers’ workshop, which was held at UMaine in the Donald P. Corbett building and also in the UMaine art department’s sculpture workshop. Daniel Lux, a faculty member in the UMaine Department of Earth Sciences, was also noted as being scheduled to give a talk on Maine granite. UMaine is hosting the symposium this summer in the steam plant parking lot.
