Tuesday WVOM interview to feature Settele

Jim Settele, assistant director of UMaine’s School of Policy and International Affairs, will be interviewed live on WVOM’s  Tuesday morning George Hale and Ric Tyler Show.  In a discussion scheduled for just after 7:20 a.m., Settele, who is a recently retired Navy captain, will preview Thursday’s UMaine William S. Cohen Lecture. Scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the Collins Center for the Arts, the lecture will feature retired U.S. Marine Gen. James Jones, who served as President Obama’s first National Security Advisor.  Settele, who worked in the Pentagon before coming to UMaine as Navy ROTC commander, will share his perspectives on Jones’ career and on the lecture’s subject, the Arab Spring.
