BANGOR, Maine – The University of Maine Museum of Art will host an oil painting workshop on Saturday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 29. Professional artist Philip Frey will lead the two-day workshop at the museum, which is located at 40 Harlow Street. Both days will start at 10 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
