Solloway column about Shawn Walsh’s son, UMaine student Tyler
Steve Solloway’s Sunday Maine Today Media (Maine Sunday Telegram, Kennebec Journal, Central Maine Morning Sentinel) column told the story of UMaine student Tyler Walsh, son of Shawn Walsh, the former Black Bear hockey coach who died at the age of 46 ten years ago this month. Tyler, who is now 20 years old, aspires to be a hockey coach and he works with Coach Tim Whitehead and the UMaine hockey team as he pursues that professional goal.
